Patient outcomes with current anti-cancer drug therapies are not good enough. Through clinical and laboratory cancer research, my aim is to develop and deliver the next generation of drug therapies to today's patients.

As a medical oncologist and clinician scientist I bridge the gap between clinical medicine and scientific research. I have both medical expertise and scientific knowledge, allowing me to translate research findings into clinical practice and identify new research questions based on my experiences with patients. I have a strong background in translational research, patient-centered research, clinical trials, mentorship, and collaboration. My unique skill set enables me to design and implement studies that address important clinical questions, with the goal of advancing medical research and improving patient care.
